How do I become a YaFI partner?
Becoming a YaFI partner is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Online registration : Go to our website or our YaFI app, and go to the “Become a Partner” section. Fill out the form with your business information (restaurant, grocery store, or pharmacy).
2. Information Validation : Once your application is submitted, our team will review your information to ensure that your business meets our partnership criteria.
3. Signing the contract : After validation, we will send you a partnership contract to sign online. This contract defines the terms and conditions of the partnership.
4. Platform Integration : Once the contract is signed, your business will be added to our platform. We will provide you with training on how to use our partner interface, so you can manage your orders and menu or product updates with ease.
5. Start receiving orders : As soon as your profile is active on YaFI, customers will be able to place orders at your establishment via the app. You will receive orders in real-time, ready to be prepared and delivered.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order on YaFI is simple and convenient, whether you want to order meals, groceries, or medication. Here’s how to do it:
1. Download the YaFI app : First, make sure you have the YaFI app installed on your smartphone. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create an account or log in : If you are a new user, sign up in minutes by providing your basic information. If you already have an account, simply log in.
3. Choose your category : Once you’re logged in, you can choose what you need: meals, groceries, or medication. Browse the restaurants, grocery stores, or pharmacies available in your area.
4. Select your items : Browse the menus, products or medications available and add your choices to the cart. You can view the details of each item, such as ingredients, product descriptions, or medication information.
5. Place your order : Once your selection is complete, go to your cart to check your order. Top up your YaFI account, enter your shipping details, and confirm the order.

What payment methods do you accept?
At YaFI, we accept several payment methods to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible: E-wallets : YaFI also supports payments through popular e-wallets like PayPal, Orange Money, and MTN Mobil Money.
How do I check my wallet balance and transactions?
Go to the “Wallet” section in your profile. Here you will see your current balance, transaction history, and the option to add funds.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time on YaFI varies depending on the type of order and your location:
1. Meals : Meal orders are typically delivered in 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the preparation and the distance between the restaurant and your home.
2. Shopping : For groceries, delivery usually takes between 1-2 hours, depending on product availability and traffic.
3. Medications : Medication orders are processed and delivered with priority. They can be delivered within 1-2 hours, depending on the location of the pharmacy and the availability of medications.
YaFI strives to deliver your orders in the shortest possible time, ensuring that you receive your items fresh and in optimal conditions.
What is your return policy?
YaFI does not accept returns.
Can I track my order?
Track your order in real-time : After placing the order, you can track its status in real-time through the app. You’ll see when your order is accepted, being prepared, and on its way to you.
How do I find restaurants or shops on YaFi?
Use the search bar or browse the categories
(restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies) to find partners. You can narrow down
your search by filtering by location, distance, reviews, or product type.
Can I save businesses for easy retrieval?
Yes, click on the heart icon in a business’s profile. You will find your favourite businesses in your personal space for easy access on future visits.
When will I receive notifications from YaFi?
You will receive notifications to confirm your registration, your login, and each order placed. Real-time tracking notifications keep you informed of the progress of your order until delivery.
Can I turn off some notifications?
At this time, all order and tracking notifications are enabled by default to ensure optimal service. However, marketing notifications can be adjusted in your account settings.
How do I become a delivery person on YaFi?
To become a delivery person, go to our premises in Douala Logbessou. You will need to provide a few documents, such as your driver’s license and vehicle registration, for verification.
How do I track my shipping revenue?
In your delivery area, go to “My Earnings” to see the revenue generated by each delivery, bonuses and payments already made. You can also view your payment history.
How do I contact YaFi customer service?
